UK Shipping

We offer free shipping on all UK delivery orders. We use Royal Mail Signed For 2nd Class for free delivery service. Expected delivery time is 2-5 working days for UK orders. If there is any expected alteration to this estimated delivery time, we will let you know. You can also select a faster, next day service for £7.50, for UK orders only. You need to place the order before 3pm UK time for this service.

International Shipping

US Shipping

We offer flat rate of £5 for US shipping. We use Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed Service which takes 7-10 business days. We will provide you with tracking number once we dispatch your order. The customer is responsible for any customs or related charges.

India Shipping

Our India department is made to order. Hence shipping times are longer. Please expect delivery times of 2-3 weeks. We deliver at flat rate of Rs. 100 per order.

EU

We offer flat rate of £5 for shipping to EU countries . Expected delivery time is approximately 10 – 14 working days for EU orders. If there is any expected alteration to this estimated delivery time, we will let you know. For EU orders, the customer is responsible for any customs or related charges.

International Shipping (Overseas outside the EU, UK & US)

Standard International Shipping: £20.00

Returns

At Hiranmy, we care about your happiness and alignment. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 28-day return policy from the date of receipt. To initiate a return, please contact us at hiranmy.london@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your jewelry. We will provide you with a return address in our response.

Please note that earrings are not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons.

Please note that all of our jewelry is handmade and may have slight variations in color, size, and marks left by tools. These variations are beauty of handcrafting silver and they are what make our pieces unique. These should not be considered as defects.

Additionally, gemstones are soul of our jewelery designs. The stones can be of variable sizes with inclusions. These inclusions are a part of the natural beauty of the stone and are not considered as defects.

The returned jewelry must be in its original condition, including the packaging and all accompanying materials. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the jewelry shows signs of wear or damage.

Returns are posted back to us at your own expense and we recommend you send goods back recorded or tracked post to be on the safe side. Once the order is received, your refund will be processed and you will receive an email confirming this.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be processed. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
